Project and Construction Manager

About the role

Novaform is looking for an engaged project and construction manager for its department in Førde and Florø. You will lead projects from early stage to handover, ensuring progress, quality and cooperation across disciplines. Key responsibilities

• Plan, organise and lead building projects from start to handover
• Coordinate cross-disciplinary work and follow up suppliers, subcontractors and the client
• Handle progress, project economics, risk management and ongoing reporting
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with laws, technical regulations, safety rules and contract requirements
• Call and lead site meetings, manage changes and deviations, and contribute technical solutions
• Maintain a safe, inclusive and professionally good workplace on site

Required profile

• Higher education, preferably a bachelor's or master's degree in construction
• Experience in project or construction management, either as employer or contractor
• Good knowledge of Norwegian standards
• Strong oral and written Norwegian; English is an advantage
• Team player, clear communicator, solution-oriented and focused on quality and safety
