AI Agent Enablement Specialist

About the role

Thon Gruppen is looking for an AI Agent Enablement Specialist to help its real‑estate and hotel divisions build business‑focused AI agents. Thon Gruppen is investing heavily in artificial intelligence and sees a growing need to assist its professional environments with AI agents that create real value in the workday – from streamlining business processes to better use of collective time. The specialist will work closely with internal teams to identify opportunities where AI agents can add measurable value to daily operations and will play a central role in shaping how AI agents generate value across one of Norway's largest real‑estate and hospitality groups.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with business units to discover and prioritize AI‑agent use cases.
• Design, develop and test AI agents that support process efficiency and better use of collective time.
• Guide the deployment and adoption of AI agents across the organisation.
• Monitor performance and ensure that AI agents deliver real business value.
