Payroll & HR Expert (SAP SuccessFactors)

About the role

SD Worx is expanding its global payroll services and seeks a Payroll & HR Expert to lead end‑to‑end payroll delivery in Oslo. The role combines deep SAP SuccessFactors knowledge with client‑facing responsibilities, ensuring compliant and high‑quality payroll operations for multinational customers.

Key responsibilities

• Own full‑cycle payroll processing using SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll and Payroll Control Center.
• Guarantee compliance with Norwegian and international payroll, tax and labour regulations.
• Lead payroll operations, monitor accuracy, quality and service‑level agreements.
• Serve as the primary client contact for all payroll‑related matters and provide expert guidance.
• Drive payroll implementations, testing, and continuous improvement projects.
• Maintain comprehensive payroll documentation and share knowledge across teams.
• Coach and mentor Payroll Specialists and Administrators.

Required profile

• 8–12 years of payroll experience, preferably in an outsourcing environment.
• Strong understanding of local payroll legislation, tax rules and expatriate payroll.
• Proven client‑management and stakeholder‑engagement abilities.
• Fluent in English and Norwegian.

• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC).
• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
• SAP SuccessFactors Payroll Control Center (PCC).
