People & Organisational Performance Specialist

About the role

Join Wilhelmsen Port Services as a People & Organisational Performance Specialist and help shape the future of our people, culture and organization. You will work in a global maritime company, partnering with stakeholders to improve people processes, leverage technology and drive meaningful change.

Key responsibilities

• Support and deliver initiatives related to culture, organizational development, learning, leadership and employee engagement.
• Coordinate and support leadership development and learning programmes, including communication, tracking and impact evaluation.
• Contribute to change‑management activities linked to global projects and organisational initiatives.
• Help drive adoption and effective use of digital HR tools and platforms, exploring AI‑driven solutions within HR.
• Use data and analytics to identify opportunities, improve employee experience and support informed decision‑making.

Required profile

• A degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of hands‑on experience in HR, organisational development, learning, talent or people‑related processes.
• Experience working in a global or international environment with strong stakeholder‑management and communication skills.
• Curious, proactive and passionate about creating great employee experiences.

Required skills

• Data and analytics for HR insights.
• Proficiency with digital HR platforms and tools.
