Talent Supply Chain Consultant – Remote (Nordics)

About the role

Kelly is seeking a Talent Supply Chain Consultant to manage the end‑to‑end Managed Service Provider (MSP) recruitment process for a client in the Nordics. This temporary, remote position covers a maternity leave for up to one year, offering the chance to work with global standard processes and a diverse supplier network.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle recruitment for various positions, aligning with the client’s global standards.
• Source and attract talent using diverse methods, maintain supplier relationships, and ensure a steady pipeline.
• Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and coordinate interviews to provide a seamless experience for hiring managers and suppliers.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and advise on recruitment best practices.
• Support purchase order management and invoice corrections as needed.
• Prepare and extend job offers, negotiate terms, and coordinate onboarding with HR.

Required profile

• Proven recruitment background or equivalent experience.
• Experience in temporary labor, service‑level, or customer‑service industries.
• Familiarity with standard recruitment methodologies and techniques.
• Ability to work remotely and manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
