About the role

We are looking for a consultant to help develop Cruit’s recruitment, executive search and strategic HR services. You will work with a diverse set of clients, combine advisory expertise with business insight, and help shape the future of our firm.

Key responsibilities

• Understand the real needs of a business beyond the job description.
• Build long‑term relationships with clients and candidates.
• Identify and attract passive talent that is not actively job‑searching.
• Challenge established recruitment methods and introduce innovative approaches.
• Leverage technology and AI to improve sourcing and assessment processes.
• Share knowledge and best practices with colleagues.
• Own and develop your own client portfolio and personal growth.

Required profile

• Background in recruitment, internal talent acquisition/HR, consulting or a related field.
• Strong understanding of a specific market or a desire to build expertise in one.
• Passion for combining advisory work, people, and business outcomes.
• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating across specialist teams.
