Ad Tech & Campaign Operations Specialist

About the role

Dentsu is looking for an Ad Tech & Campaign Operations Specialist in its Oslo office. The role combines technical quality assurance and advisory work with hands-on campaign management, working closely with customers, programmatic specialists, analysts and technology experts to deliver high-quality, measurable digital campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Campaign delivery: tag campaigns so they can be activated.
• Operate ad servers, campaign platforms and related advertising technology.
• Identify deviations from established taxonomies and help make corrections so data stays consistent and reliable.
• Advise internal teams and clients, turning technical requirements into practical, scalable solutions.
• Work with media advisors, programmatic specialists and data teams on campaign delivery.
• Improve workflows, automate manual tasks and strengthen operational efficiency.
• Stay up to date on Ad Tech, campaign management, privacy and automation, and share ideas that strengthen the offering.

Required profile

• Good experience in Ad Operations, Ad Tech, Campaign Management or similar.
• Structured way of working and attention to detail.
• Ability to debug complex issues and explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proactive, willing to take ownership and improve processes.
• Fluent Norwegian and English, written and spoken.

Required skills

• Understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem: ad serving, trafficking, tracking, measurement and campaign execution.
• Experience with platforms such as CM360, DV360, Adform or similar ad technologies.
