Agency Partnership Manager, Oslo

About the role

Channel Factory, which provides marketing solutions for contextual suitability and performance on YouTube and other video channels, is looking for an Agency Partnership Manager in Oslo. The role builds and maintains relationships mainly with media agencies, generates new business and drives revenue in a fast-paced industry. It sits under the Country Manager, Norway, and focuses on SoMe and YouTube products, with Norway as the primary market.

Key responsibilities

• Distribute the portfolio roughly 60% SoMe and 40% YouTube products, with Norway as the main market
• Own one or two agencies for YouTube products and implement SoMe products with as many partners as possible, including network and independent agencies and direct clients
• Provide buyers with the tools and knowledge to advocate the service, and educate agencies on Brand Safety, Brand Suitability and the AI-driven performance tool (AIQ)
• Create and execute the sales strategy, lead agency partnerships and find new opportunities through networking
• Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and presenting to closing, and negotiate costs and terms
• Forecast, track and report sales performance (budget, timelines, probability to close) and collaborate with Client Solutions, AdOps and international sales teams

Required profile

• Proven sales experience in media sales, digital advertising or ad tech, ideally covering the whole sales cycle
• Established network of contacts in media agencies and direct clients, preferably in the Norwegian market
• Solid experience selling or working with social media platforms and YouTube advertising
• Fluency in Norwegian and English

Required skills

• Sales strategy development, execution and reporting, including accurate forecasting of budgets, timelines and win probabilities
• Ability to quickly master and explain complex ad-tech solutions such as Brand Safety, Brand Suitability and AI-driven tools
• Consultative selling and negotiation of win-win terms
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration
