About the role

KONE is looking for an Installation Team Leader to manage elevator installation projects in Oslo. The role combines leadership, project management and personnel responsibility, aiming to deliver high customer satisfaction and uphold KONE’s standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coach the installation team to achieve project goals and follow KONE guidelines.
• Manage customer relationships and oversee elevator installation projects within the assigned area.
• Coordinate project planning, execution and internal processes to ensure efficient delivery.

Required profile

• Positive attitude with a solution‑oriented mindset.
• Organised, strong communicator who enjoys working with people and fostering team spirit.
• Proactive approach and willingness to improve internal processes.
• Experience with personnel responsibility is an advantage.

Required skills

• Elevator installation knowledge (Fagbrev as elevator installer or equivalent experience).
• Project management experience.
