Assistant Store Manager

About the role

Join KIWI Kirkenes as an Assistant Store Manager and be the right‑hand to the Store Manager. You will help ensure excellent shopping experiences and drive the store’s performance.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in daily operations and act as deputy when needed.
• Maintain high customer service standards and ensure the store meets its sales targets.
• Motivate and develop team members to create a positive work environment.

Required profile

• At least 18 years old.
• Previous experience in the grocery retail sector is preferred.
• Clean criminal record to obtain an alcohol sales licence.
• Strong work capacity, competitive spirit and ability to thrive in a busy environment.
