Baker – Korn Bakeri, Lier

About the role

Oda, a Norwegian online grocery retailer, is hiring two bakers through its in-house bakery, Korn Bakeri, located in Lier. Korn Bakeri has been delivering freshly baked goods directly to customers' doors since 2018. The positions are full-time, 100%, with immediate start available.

Key responsibilities

• Bake bread and bakery products following Korn Bakeri recipes and routines
• Operate, set up and maintain bakery machines
• Manage production according to the production plan
• Carry out quality control of the products
• Keep the workplace clean and organised

Required profile

• Experience in bakery production
• A certificate is an advantage, but relevant experience is equally valued
• Knowledge of HSE and food safety is important
• Comfortable communicating in Norwegian and/or English, written and spoken
• Able to work well independently and in a team
