Barnehagelærer – 100 % fast stilling (01.12.26‑01.10.27)

About the role

We are looking for a qualified kindergarten teacher to fill a 100 % position from 1 December 2026 until 1 October 2027. The role involves creating a safe, engaging learning environment and implementing the values of Læringsverkstedet.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure the kindergarten operates in line with Læringsverkstedet’s value platform.
• Create a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment for children and staff.
• Share knowledge about child development and support professional growth within the team.
• Guide and support colleagues in pedagogical and methodological work.
• Lead evaluation activities and drive continuous improvement.
• Co‑ordinate cooperation with parents and act as substitute for the pedagogical leader when absent.

Required profile

• Relational and attentive to each child’s needs, listening actively.
• Able to inspire engagement and participation in children’s play and development.
• Solution‑oriented, flexible, collaborative and able to communicate with diverse backgrounds.
• Comfortable with new challenges, works well under pressure, responsible and independent.
• Warm, caring adult who identifies with Læringsverkstedet’s values.
