Key responsibilities

• Be present with children throughout the day, fostering safe and supportive interactions.
• Promote inclusive relationships and ensure every child feels a sense of belonging.
• Support staff in adapting activities and environments for inclusion.
• Contribute to development at the individual, group, and system levels.
• Co‑create and shape the content of this evolving position based on your expertise and the kindergarten’s needs.

Required profile

• Passionate about children’s wellbeing, development and inclusion.
• Strong relational abilities, creative, solution‑oriented and flexible.
• Collaborative mindset, enjoys developing new work methods and sees opportunities.
• Experience in kindergarten is desirable but not mandatory.
• Active adult who listens to each child and respects their expressions.
• Proficient Norwegian language skills, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to provide a police clearance before employment; personal suitability will be assessed.
