Clinic and Marketing Associate

About the role

Join ForMotion Ortopedi as it launches a new clinic in Ski. You will be the front‑face of the clinic, ensuring smooth daily operations, excellent patient flow, and local market outreach.

Key responsibilities

• Support the establishment and daily operation of the new clinic.
• Welcome patients and handle inquiries via phone, email, and in‑person.
• Coordinate appointments, patient documentation, and administrative tasks.
• Provide pre‑ and post‑appointment follow‑up, including reminders and information.
• Drive sales and guide customers on orthopedic footwear and related products.
• Plan and execute local activities to increase visibility and generate referrals.
• Build relationships with GPs, physiotherapists, podiatrists, municipal services and other health actors.
• Collaborate with clinicians and orthopaedic engineers on logistics, stock receipt and clinic room preparation.

Required profile

• Experience in customer service, clinic operations or healthcare.
• Comfortable interacting with people and building strong relationships.
• Commercial awareness and a drive for visibility and growth.
• Structured, independent work style with ability to handle varied tasks.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented and strong execution skills.
• Fluent Norwegian, both written and spoken.
• Good digital literacy and quick learning of new systems.
• Valid driver’s licence (category B).

Required skills

• Proficiency in Norwegian language.
• Digital competence with common office and clinic management systems.
