Clinical Leader

About the role

ForMotion Orthopaedics is seeking an engaged and motivating Clinical Leader for its Oslo/Helsfyr clinic. The role combines strong professional integrity with the ability to develop people, create effective processes and achieve results together with others.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, develop and motivate a team of orthopaedic engineers, clinicians and other health personnel.
• Ensure high professional quality, good patient pathways and compliance with routines, guidelines and policies.
• Follow up team goals, results, key figures and improvement work.
• Plan and lead professional meetings, team meetings and employee reviews.
• Handle personnel matters including sick leave, leave planning, vacation scheduling and other HR processes.
• Contribute to recruitment, onboarding and off‑boarding.
• Maintain effective resource utilisation and financially responsible operations.
• Build and develop relationships with hospitals, referrers and other partners, representing ForMotion Orthopaedics in relevant professional networks.

Required skills

• Authorized orthopaedic engineer.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience.
• Leadership experience or experience with personnel responsibility is desirable.
• Good understanding of organisational development, quality work and business management.
