Content Advisor and Producer – Bergen

About the role

Schibsted Partnerstudio, the content agency of Schibsted, is looking for an In-house Content Advisor and Producer (IRP) based in Bergen, within Team Kyst. The role combines creative content production with commercial advising and account management: you own and run your own client portfolio from first idea through finished campaign and follow-up, and you are involved early in the sales process to identify opportunities, develop concepts and sell them together with the account managers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop content ideas, concepts and content offers tailored to Schibsted's platforms and formats
• Act as content advisor and commercial partner for a defined client portfolio, mapping needs and choosing the right approach and mix of formats
• Create sales presentations and present them in client meetings with the account managers
• Produce high-quality content according to the client brief and the sales pitch
• Manage deliveries and coordinate internal and external contributors
• Identify opportunities for reuse, upselling and scaling across clients and sectors, and share good content ideas with the organisation

Required profile

• Strong content competence and a clear commercial mindset; enjoys closing deals and growing clients
• Owns the whole journey, from first meeting to published campaign and next upsell
• Experience with content production, journalism or creative work, and with sales, consulting or customer contact
• Good understanding of what engages different audiences in editorial platforms, brand building and media strategy
• Ability to generate ideas for different clients, sectors and needs
• Good communication and teamwork skills, able to handle several clients and projects at once

Required skills

• Digital competence and familiarity with new tools, including AI
• Visual sense and experience with tools such as Adobe, Google Workspace and Canva
