Diabetes Solution Manager

About the role

Roche is looking for a goal‑oriented Diabetes Solution Manager to drive sales of innovative diabetes solutions, including blood glucose meters and continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) devices, to hospitals and pharmacies across Eastern Norway.

Key responsibilities

• Own sales and revenue targets for defined territories in Eastern Norway and a remote district.
• Promote and train healthcare professionals and pharmacists on blood glucose meters and the new CGM segment.
• Travel extensively to meet customers, ensure market growth and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Develop and execute structured sales strategies to achieve budget goals.

Required profile

• Proven strong sales record with a relentless drive to deliver results.
• Highly organized, able to work independently and manage a busy travel schedule.
• Proactive, curious and comfortable engaging new customers and tackling challenges.
• Willingness to travel extensively throughout the assigned territory.
• Healthcare background is a plus.
