Documentation Specialist (Dokumentør)

About the role

As a documentation specialist at Omexom Sør you document projects carried out for the electricity distributor according to project specifications and requirements for documenting infrastructure and contracts. You are responsible for documenting and checking the work done in the distribution network within the customer's network information system (NETBAS), working closely with project managers to ensure quality from start to finish and supporting operations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain health, safety and quality requirements
• Ensure projects comply with current contractual requirements
• Support the project manager in starting and running projects
• Document work in the NETBAS system
• Assist operations with technical questions and follow up on documentation tasks
• Help achieve the best possible project execution

Required profile

• Degree, bachelor or vocational school in a relevant field; electrical power or renewable energy preferred but not required
• Relevant work experience can compensate for education
• Trade certificate group A or B, electrician or other documented electrical competence is an advantage
• Fluent spoken and written Norwegian
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards

Required skills

• Good IT skills; Dynamics 365, Dokflyt or other ERP systems such as SAP are a plus
• Experience with NETBAS is a strong advantage but not required
