About the role

We are looking for a Door and Gate Technician to join KONE Doors in Oslo. The role focuses on providing emergency service, modernisation and maintenance contracts for our door and gate customers, following KONE’s guidelines and processes.

Key responsibilities

• Perform acute service, modernisation and scheduled maintenance on doors and gates for contract customers.
• Carry out new installations and ensure proper execution according to standards.
• Maintain customer contact, communication and logistics within the assigned area.
• Manage project progress, safety, quality and environmental aspects.
• Ensure personal and team safety, uphold good work practices and a safe work environment.

Required profile

• Solution‑oriented, organised and strong communicator.
• Independent, practical and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Good written and spoken Norwegian; English is a plus.

Required skills

• Mechanical and electrical work experience.
• Knowledge of door and gate systems.
• Valid driving licence B/BE.
• Forklift and lift operation certificates (preferred).
