About the role

Join the Learning Workshop Bråvannsåsen kindergarten to help every child feel valuable and grow within a playful, engaged team. The position runs from 1 January 2027 to 2 July 2027, supporting daily care and pedagogical activities.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure daily operations and pedagogical activities align with the Learning Workshop’s value platform and quality standards.
• Build equal, respectful relationships with children, listening to them and encouraging participation to develop skills, confidence and joy.
• Support care and educational tasks such as group sessions, activities, free play and routine situations.
• Collaborate with parents and guardians to facilitate communication and cooperation.
• Participate in professional development courses offered by the Learning Workshop Academy.

Required profile

• Relationally oriented, attentive to each child’s needs and able to listen actively.
• Ambitious, solution‑focused, flexible and collaborative, with the ability to work independently and responsibly.
• Comfortable communicating with people from diverse backgrounds and life situations.
• Warm, caring adult who can engage in children’s play and support their development.
