About the role

The position is for a qualified childcare worker (Fagarbeider) at Ravneheia Kindergarten in Kristiansand. You will contribute to creating a safe, playful, and development‑focused environment where every child feels valued and can grow.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure daily operations and pedagogical activities align with the Learning Workshop’s values and quality standards.
• Build equal, respectful relationships with children, listening to them and encouraging participation.
• Support both care and educational tasks such as group sessions, activities, free play, and routine situations.
• Collaborate with parents and guardians to foster strong home‑school connections.
• Stay updated professionally by attending courses and training offered through the Learning Workshop Academy.
