About the role
Join Sony's international team to design and develop advanced CMOS image sensors. You will work on timing and control signals, signal processing blocks, and low‑noise power supplies for Sony Semiconductor Solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Design firmware for CMOS image sensors used in ADAS systems.
- Develop and verify hard real‑time firmware on CMOS sensors.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in Japan and Europe, including analog design, product engineering and functional safety.
Required profile
- Ongoing study of a degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer/Software Engineering.
- Technical background in electronics or software.
- Fluent English and legal work permit for Norway.
Required skills
- Embedded firmware design and development.
- Low‑level C programming for ARM CPUs.
- RTL/firmware development and verification.
- Real‑time firmware implementation for image sensors.
