About the role

We are looking for a flexible service colleague to join the Bosch Power Tools service centre. The role combines hands‑on workshop repairs with logistical and administrative support, ensuring high product quality and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose faults and repair a wide range of Bosch power tools according to technical specifications.
• Disassemble, inspect, replace components and re‑assemble tools.
• Perform functional and safety testing, including calibration of repaired equipment.
• Carry out preventive maintenance to extend tool lifespan.
• Support parts ordering, stock management and inventory control.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe workshop environment.
• Assist with goods receipt, packaging, shipping and basic service‑order documentation.
• Participate in training programmes to stay updated on new products and repair techniques.
• Collaborate with service advisors and other colleagues to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide ad‑hoc assistance such as tool relocation or data entry as needed.

• Practical problem‑solver with a strong interest in mechanical and electrical systems.
• Motivated, adaptable and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and take on varied tasks in a dynamic environment.
