About the role

KONE is looking for an experienced elevator installer to join its Bergen team. The position involves performing service and installation work on elevators in line with KONE’s guidelines, contracts and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out elevator service and installation tasks according to KONE’s processes and contractual obligations.
• Prioritise safety for yourself, colleagues and customers on every job.
• Maintain close contact with customers, delivering a positive and professional service experience.
• Manage assigned projects and service routes, ensuring progress, quality and environmental compliance.

Required profile

• Solution‑oriented, structured and able to plan the workday independently.
• Strong communication skills, outgoing and engaged when interacting with customers.
• Excellent collaboration abilities and a solid work ethic.
• Comfortable handling multiple tasks simultaneously in a practical, hands‑on manner.

Required skills

• Elevator installation and service expertise.
• Familiarity with KONE’s data systems and technical manuals.
• Relevant vocational certificate (Fagbrev) as an elevator installer.
