Key Account Manager - Norway

About the role

Barilla is seeking a Key Account Manager for its Norwegian Retail Team, based in Hamar. You will manage retail customers, drive sustainable revenue growth and build strategic partnerships with Barilla’s largest retail accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop Barilla and Wasa business through category management, price and assortment negotiations and promotional activities.
• Achieve and report targets for sales, profit, market share and other customer‑related priorities.
• Implement category‑management thinking and shopper insights to build win‑win partnerships.
• Collaborate with supply chain, finance, marketing and trade teams to optimise the business for each customer.
• Develop the Norwegian trade network and expand e‑commerce and retail media initiatives.
• Provide market insights to shape future strategies and plans.

Required profile

• Academic degree with about four years of FMCG sales experience in Norway.
• Proven sales or business results in a similar key‑account role.
• Strong presenter and negotiator with excellent social skills.
• Analytical, structured, energetic and able to handle tough discussions.

Required skills

• Proficiency with all MS Office tools.
• Fluent in Norwegian and English.
