Kindergarten Teacher (Fixed-term)

About the role

We are looking for a passionate kindergarten teacher to join our team from 01.12.2026 to 28.02.2027, with the possibility of extension. The role involves creating a safe and engaging learning environment for children.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure the kindergarten operates in line with Læringsverkstedet’s value platform.
• Create a safe, engaging, and stimulating learning environment for children and staff.
• Share knowledge about child development and support staff competence development.
• Guide and support other staff in pedagogical work.
• Lead evaluation work and continuous improvement.
• Co‑operate with parents and act as deputy for the pedagogical leader when absent.

• Relationship‑oriented, attentive to each child’s needs.
• Solution‑focused, flexible, collaborative and able to communicate with diverse backgrounds.
• Responsible, independent, and able to work well under pressure.
• Identifies with Læringsverkstedet’s values.
