Logistics Coordinator – Orders and Sales Logistics

About the role

A well-established car importer for the Norwegian market is looking, through Eterni, for a logistics coordinator for its sales logistics department. This is a full-time part-time position where you keep the wheels turning between factory, importer and dealer network, following cars from order to delivery and handling changes and clarifications.

Key responsibilities

• Daily contact with dealers about orders, delivery times, changes, equipment prices and clarifications (about five to ten calls per day).
• Handle market quotas together with the sales department, including allocation to dealers and special models.
• Invoicing dealers and registering in relevant systems, following up payments and releasing documents.
• Follow up transport, including vessel arrival and customs clearance, with carriers and third parties.
• Handle damage claims and delivery-related issues.
• Register and change orders in order systems when dealers need adjustments.
• Maintain and follow up on sales and logistics systems, plus occasional ad hoc tasks and small projects.

Required profile

• Experience with SAP and quick learning of new systems.
• Comfortable on the phone with customers and partners, and able to stay organised with many tasks at once.
• Precise with figures and documentation.
• Good written and spoken Norwegian and English.
• Car industry, order handling, logistics, import or customer service experience is an advantage; work style and system understanding matter more.
