Part-Time Driver – Weekend Shifts

About the role

We’re looking for part‑time drivers to join Oda’s fast‑moving delivery team. You’ll bring groceries and smiles to customers’ doorsteps while working alongside passionate colleagues in a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Report directly to the Driver Operating Manager and Team Leaders at your site.
• Be a Customer Hero by delivering groceries with a top‑notch Oda experience.
• Handle loading and unloading quickly and carefully to keep boxes in perfect condition.
• Maintain a clean, presentable van ready for the road.
• Help onboard and train new colleagues, sharing tips and tricks.
• Contribute ideas to improve routines and ways of working.

Required profile

• Valid Class B driving licence held for at least 2 years.
• Good communication skills in English; Norwegian or another Nordic language is a plus.
