Payroll Partner (12‑month contract)

About the role

Join Framo as a Payroll Partner on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract, supporting end‑to‑end payroll for an international company. You will ensure employees receive accurate pay on time while contributing to process improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Execute monthly payroll runs from start to finish.
• Maintain and quality‑check payroll and personnel data, including time, absence, travel expenses and related benefits.
• Prepare internal and external reports for authorities.
• Respond to payroll and personnel data inquiries.
• Draft employment confirmations and conduct periodic controls.
• Support master‑data analysis and correction, and stay updated on relevant legislation.

Required profile

• Structured, accurate work style with strong prioritisation under tight deadlines.
• Comfortable following laws, regulations and established processes.
• Curious about new systems and quick to learn.
• Service‑focused, proactive in suggesting improvements, and collaborative.

Required skills

• Experience with payroll processing (preferred).
• Familiarity with digital tools; willingness to learn Workday, SD Worx, Concur and Dynamics 365.
