Pedagogical assistant in kindergarten (100% temporary)

About the role

We are looking for a pedagogical assistant to join our kindergarten team on a 100 % temporary basis, covering parental leave from January 2027 (possible earlier start). The role involves supporting children’s daily activities and contributing to a creative, music‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build equal, supportive relationships with each child, listening to and encouraging their development.
• Assist with daily routines, group gatherings, activities, free play and transitional moments.
• Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure consistent care and communication.
• Participate in meetings, courses and professional training offered by the centre.

Required profile

• Relationally oriented, seeing each child as an individual while appreciating the group dynamic.
• Good listener, responsive to children’s expressions and needs.
• Motivated with a genuine passion for early childhood education.
• Solution‑focused, flexible, collaborative and able to work independently with responsibility.
• Identifies with the values “playful and ambitious” and “generous and clear”.
