Pedagogical Leader in Kindergarten

About the role

We are looking for two enthusiastic Pedagogical Leaders to join Haugerudhagan Kindergarten in Oslo. You will be responsible for the administrative and pedagogical management of your department, ensuring children feel valued and parents feel secure.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, implement, document and evaluate the pedagogical work.
• Ensure holistic care for each child and the group.
• Develop the physical and psychosocial environment of the kindergarten.
• Maintain strong collaboration with parents.
• Guide and mentor staff, fostering a safe and positive work atmosphere.

Required profile

• Qualified as a preschool or kindergarten teacher (college level).
• Passionate about children’s learning and development.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to lead with warmth, clarity and inclusiveness.
• Commitment to continuous professional growth.
