Pedagogisk leder i barnehage

About the role

We are looking for a Pedagogical Leader to take administrative and pedagogical responsibility for a kindergarten department. You will help children feel valuable, give parents confidence, and enable staff to perform their best.

Key responsibilities

• Build a strong culture based on our value platform and ensure it is visible in daily actions.
• Lead the pedagogical and administrative work of the department and participate actively in the centre’s leadership team.
• Create a safe, nurturing everyday environment for children and facilitate collaboration with parents and partners.
• Engage in play and daily activities, meeting children’s needs through care and interaction.
• Develop the pedagogical offer, contribute to evaluation work and continuous development of the centre.
• Plan daily operations, draft and implement the annual plan together with staff and the manager.

• Willing to continuously improve both professionally and personally.
• Ability to organize work according to children’s needs, be generous and clear as a leader.
• Strong communication, solution‑oriented and structured approach.
• Enjoy working with children, be a team player and treat everyone with respect and equality.
