Project Manager – Building Automation Installation Projects

About the role

Johnson Controls is looking for a project manager for its building automation division in Trondheim. You will lead installation projects from start to handover, focusing on quality, schedule, budget and customer satisfaction. You will work in a local team of two service technicians and two design engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead building automation installation projects from start to handover
• Follow up progress, budget, quality and H&S
• Coordinate service technicians, subcontractors and other partners
• Take part in site meetings and act as the customer contact throughout the project
• Ensure good documentation and reporting
• Contribute to the tender and planning phase when needed

Required profile

• Experience leading projects in building automation, automation, electrical, plumbing or technical installations
• Good technical understanding and interest in technical solutions
• Degree from a technical college, university of applied sciences or equivalent
• Structured, solution-oriented and self-driven
• Comfortable with customer contact and cross-disciplinary collaboration
• Fluent Norwegian and English, spoken and written
