About the role

We are looking for an experienced technical advisor to join the Energy, Environment and Technical Maintenance department of Thon Gruppen. The role focuses on developing, maintaining and energy‑optimising one of Norway’s largest property portfolios.

Key responsibilities

• Map existing technical installations in buildings and assess energy‑related needs.
• Plan and schedule maintenance and upgrades for heating, cooling, ventilation and pipe systems.
• Lead projects from needs assessment through planning to execution.
• Act as the technical liaison between operations, property management, project teams and external suppliers.

Required profile

• Relevant education or proven experience in energy systems, building services or related technical fields.
• Strong analytical skills for energy mapping and optimisation.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
