About the role

Mango is seeking a motivated Sales Assistant to join its Oslo store team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing friendly assistance and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers, offer assistance and maintain a high level of product knowledge.
• Identify customer needs quickly and respond appropriately to maximise sales.
• Provide professional advice to multiple customers simultaneously.
• Prioritise customer service over other tasks and keep the shop tidy and attractive.
• Support cash‑register and warehouse operations, including product preparation for sale.

Required profile

• Open communicator who works well in a team.
• Active, committed and enthusiastic about the Mango brand.
• Focus on quality customer service to help achieve store sales targets.
