Sales Representative – Aquaculture Solutions (Nordic Market)

About the role

Join Innovasea, a world leader in aquaculture technology, as a field‑based Sales Representative focused on the Nordic market. Reporting to the Director of Sales in Norway, you will execute the sales strategy, build a strong client base, and exceed sales objectives for the Aquaculture Intelligence product line.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the sales process in Salesforce, including forecasting and pipeline management for software, product and solution sales.
• Develop new business through direct, field‑based engagement with prospects and customers across the Nordic region.
• Identify prospects and required product offerings to increase market share and presence.
• Manage client relationships with periodic on‑site visits, uncover unmet needs, and build long‑term partnerships.
• Resolve client challenges by investigating issues, developing solutions, and recommending resolutions.
• Perform needs analysis of existing and potential clients to meet their requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering, marketing and production to ensure timely delivery of sales obligations.
• Attend relevant industry events and conferences, supporting Innovasea’s presence.
• Monitor competitor products, sales and marketing activities.
• Follow company information security policies.

Required profile

• Experience with solution sales processes.
• Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to audience needs.
• Strong writing, communication, negotiation, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English (both written and verbal).
• Fluency in Norwegian (spoken and written).
• Familiarity with best CRM practices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
