Senior Finance Project Analyst

About the role

The Senior Finance Project Analyst will ensure timely and accurate financial reporting for assigned programs. Working closely with regional business leaders and project managers, the role supports long‑term planning, CAPEX modeling, audit activities and the implementation of financial standards across a global organization.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver precise financial reports for assigned programs in line with corporate guidelines.
• Conduct variance analyses, evaluate financial performance and support monthly internal and external reporting.
• Collaborate with regional leaders to identify improvement opportunities and maintain a rolling 15‑month project‑level forecast.
• Provide cash‑flow forecasts, profitability analyses and support investment‑result evaluations.
• Assist the Finance Project Manager with audits, regulatory reporting and compliance with SOX and local requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, economics or finance (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience, with strong knowledge of cost accounting and SOX compliance.
• Understanding of local statutory reporting requirements and basic financial modeling concepts.
• Preferably a master’s degree, experience leading teams, and international exposure.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong skills in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Experience with project‑management tools such as MS Project.
• Familiarity with ERP systems used for finance reporting.
