Senior People Partner for the Nordics

About the role

Volue is seeking a Senior People Partner to support its Nordic operations across Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Finland. The role will be based in either Oslo or Trondheim and will act as a trusted advisor to technical and commercial leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with leaders on organisational design, workforce planning and capability building.
• Lead complex employee‑relations cases, including union and works‑council dialogue.
• Drive restructuring, scaling and post‑acquisition people integration.
• Coach managers on performance, leadership and difficult conversations.
• Own compensation cycles, talent reviews and succession planning for the Nordics.
• Interpret Nordic labour law and collective agreements into actionable decisions.

Required profile

• 8+ years in People/HR roles with at least 4 years as a business partner.
• Proven ownership of employee‑relations cases and organisational change.
• Working knowledge of Nordic labour law across multiple countries and experience with unions.
• Fluency in English and one Scandinavian language.
• Experience in technology or engineering environments is a strong advantage.
