Service Worker – Fitness Centre Reception

About the role

Spenst Jessheim, a fitness centre offering training and offers for everyone, is looking for new service workers to join its team. The role is about welcoming members and customers, helping them with their needs and wishes, and giving them a positive and safe experience so they build loyalty. The position can be arranged by agreement and must cover daytime, shift, evening and weekend work; it can also suit someone working reception two days a week alongside PT or instructor work, or a student combining work with school.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit members
• Help customers with their needs and wishes
• Provide good service and a positive, safe experience for members and customers
• Build loyalty for the centre and yourself as receptionist
• Keep the centre tidy and neat during working hours

Required profile

• A positive attitude and care for delivering a good experience
• Experience in service jobs is welcome but not required
• Values: independent, energetic, open-minded and fun
