Spinning Instructor

About the role

Spenst Alta is looking for a new spinning instructor to join its group training team. Group fitness is very popular at the centre, and the team wants to inspire members toward an active lifestyle. You will work alongside positive and skilled colleagues.

Key responsibilities

• Teach group sessions early in the morning, in the evening and on weekends, depending on members' wishes and needs, and be flexible to cover short-notice substitute shifts.
• Recruit members for group classes and motivate them toward a healthy lifestyle.
• Deliver sessions with professional quality, personality and good service, giving participants a positive and safe experience that builds loyalty.

Required profile

• Cycling instructor; cycling or general fitness experience is preferred, but training is provided if you are not a spinning instructor.
• Flexible, able to learn concepts and deliver according to them.
• Positive, independent and energetic, with a focus on delivering a good experience outside class hours.
