Summer Internship – Framo Service Marine

About the role

This 6–8 week summer internship gives engineering students hands‑on experience in Framo Service Marine, part of the Alfa Laval group. You will work on real projects that support the global operation of Framo pump systems on ships, collaborating closely with customers and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare commercial offers and follow up with customers.
• Participate in technical discussions to ensure optimal solutions.
• Handle procurement, order processing and supplier coordination.
• Analyze and plan global inventory levels.
• Contribute to digitalisation projects aimed at improving service processes.

Required profile

• Enrolled in an engineering programme and have completed at least two years of study by summer.
• Strong analytical mindset, proactive attitude and ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Fluent communication skills in Norwegian and English.
• Well‑organized and able to maintain structure under a fast‑paced environment.
