Team Manager & Service Delivery Manager

About the role

SD Worx is looking for a Team Manager & Service Delivery Manager to lead a team in Trondheim. The role is responsible for delivering services to assigned customers, ensuring profitability, meeting SLA targets, and aligning operational activities with the company’s strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Trondheim team, handling resource planning and performance management.
• Participate in both operational MPS and strategic Operations leadership teams.
• Own a customer portfolio as Service Delivery Manager, maintain contracts, and act as the primary escalation point.
• Ensure delivery quality, efficiency, and profitability; manage SLA breaches and corrective actions.
• Oversee accurate invoicing, monitor financial performance, and identify upselling opportunities.

Required profile

• Relevant higher education in economics, administration, management or similar.
• Proven experience in personnel management and resource planning.
• Experience handling customer contracts, service delivery, and SLA management.
• Strong financial understanding and ability to track profitability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
