Territory Manager – Peripheral Vascular Health

About the role

Medtronic is seeking a Territory Manager for Peripheral Vascular Health to grow its business across Norway. This field‑based commercial role involves regular visits to healthcare professionals, supporting procedures, and collaborating with Nordic and cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory and account plans to achieve sales targets.
• Build relationships with physicians, nurses, procurement teams, administrators and key opinion leaders.
• Deliver product presentations, clinical education and technical support to drive therapy adoption.
• Support procedures and provide product expertise on site.
• Lead commercial discussions, pricing, contracting and public tender activities.
• Maintain accurate forecasts, activity records and opportunity pipelines.
• Partner with Nordic colleagues and cross‑functional teams to meet customer needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with sales experience in medical devices or a related field.
• Proven experience managing customer accounts and meeting sales objectives.
• Fluency in Norwegian and English, strong written and verbal communication.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel regularly throughout Norway and occasionally within the Nordic region.
