About the role

We are looking for an on‑call kindergarten assistant who shares our belief that every child should feel valuable. You will work in a playful, engaged team, supporting daily operations and pedagogical activities in line with our values platform.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure the kindergarten operates according to Læringsverkstedet’s values and quality standards.
• Build respectful, equal relationships with children, listening and encouraging their participation.
• Contribute a positive attitude and energy to both children and the work environment.
• Share responsibility for care and pedagogy, including group sessions, activities, free play, and routine situations.
• Collaborate with parents and guardians to facilitate good cooperation.
• Stay professionally updated by attending courses and training offered through Læringsverkstedet Academy.

• Relationally oriented, attentive to each child’s needs and communication.
• Ambitious, caring, and able to inspire engagement in children’s play and development.
• Solution‑focused, flexible, and collaborative, able to communicate with diverse backgrounds.
