Trainee Program 2027 – Rotations in Engineering & Business

About the role

ABB’s Trainee Program 2027 offers recent master’s graduates a two‑year journey across four six‑month rotations. You will be hired permanently from day one and gain hands‑on experience in technical, administrative, product development, sales, project management and risk analysis roles.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in real projects such as installations, deliveries, product innovation and green energy studies.
• Support sales activities, contract follow‑up and offer preparation.
• Assist project coordination, risk and opportunity analysis in complex projects.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in engineering or technology‑related field (completed or near completion).
• Curiosity, problem‑solving mindset and interest in technology, energy and industry.
• Strong communication in Norwegian and English, flexibility for location and rotations.

Required skills

• Ability to work both detail‑oriented and holistically.
• Willingness to ask questions and challenge established solutions.
