About the role

KONE is offering a student placement in Oslo for pupils studying electrical subjects at upper secondary level. The placement aims to give hands‑on experience in a global elevator and escalator company that values innovation, collaboration, sustainability and ethical business practices. Participants will work on real projects, learn industry standards, and develop practical skills while adhering to safety requirements.

Required profile

• Must be enrolled in VG1 or VG2 electrical programme, or have completed it previously.
• Submit a cover letter stating the desired weeks or specific days, current study level, motivation for the placement, learning goals, and the preferred department/area in Norway.
• Provide an up‑to‑date CV that includes education, any work experience or prior practice, relevant competencies, and home address.
• Include documentation of attendance and grades (e.g., a copy of the school transcript or attendance record).
• Be prepared to supply personal protective equipment: safety helmet with hearing protection, safety shoes, cut‑resistant gloves, and safety glasses.
