About the role

You will work in tailored services meeting people with various assistance needs, helping to create everyday life marked by mastery, safety and joy. The work varies day‑to‑day and is carried out together with engaged colleagues.

Key responsibilities

• Follow up and guide users with different assistance needs.
• Plan and conduct daily activities, work and training together with service recipients.
• Work purposefully to foster mastery, well‑being and safety.
• Adapt services to each individual's needs, wishes and decisions.
• Collaborate with colleagues, relatives and other professionals.
• Contribute to professional development and quality of services.

Required profile

Required skills

• Completed vocational training as a skilled worker, preferably in health or pedagogical fields.
• Good Norwegian language skills, both oral and written.
• Valid driver’s licence class B.
• Current police clearance.
