Assistant Store Manager – Eurospar Hareid

About the role

Eurospar Hareid is looking for an engaged and proactive assistant store manager to join its team and help create good customer experiences every day. You will be the store manager's right-hand person and part of the leadership team, helping make the shop a place customers want to return to.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the store manager's deputy and support daily operations so the shop is sale-ready, tidy and inspiring
• Contribute to results by focusing on sales, gross profit, shrinkage and other key figures
• Motivate and follow up with staff
• Help build a good culture where colleagues support each other

Required profile

• Experience in a shop, grocery, service or similar business; leadership experience is preferred but not required
• Structured, responsible and able to deliver
• Thrives in fast-paced, varied days and enjoys developing others
• Positive, clear and inclusive attitude, with ambition to grow as a leader
