Bar Manager – 80% Position

About the role

We are seeking an organized and motivated Bar Manager to lead our bar operations on an 80% basis. You will ensure daily service excellence, support staff development, and help create a positive, efficient workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and organise daily bar operations.
• Train, coach and follow up with bar staff.
• Handle inventory, ordering, stock control and cost monitoring.
• Maintain high standards of customer service.
• Drive sales, upselling and support events.
• Ensure compliance with routines, standards and company guidelines.

• Experience in bar, restaurant or hospitality environments.
• Leadership experience is an advantage.
