Child Minder – MiniSpenst

About the role

Spenst is looking for a child minder for its MiniSpenst centre in Jessheim. MiniSpenst offers activity areas such as a ballroom and activity corner, as well as quieter rooms where children can watch films or draw; it is open to all members and visits last up to 2 hours. The child minder is a key role at Spenst, which offers training and activities for everyone and wants to inspire members toward an active lifestyle.

Key responsibilities

• Care for children during their visit
• Provide good service and a positive, safe experience for members and customers so they build loyalty
• Keep MiniSpenst clean and tidy during working hours

Required profile

• Positive attitude and experience in customer service or childcare, but no requirements stated
• Over 18 years old
• Likes children and cares about giving them a good experience
• Positive and able to follow the values of Independent, Energetic, Open-minded and Fun
